Exercises That Can Improve Male Sexual Health

A recent article at Times of India highlights five top exercises that men can do to improve their sexual health.  The following list will give men the most return in the bedroom according to the Times:

1. Weight lifting

2. Kegels

3. Yoga

4. Fast walking

5. Swimming

Aim for incorporating any or all of the following into your workout routine 3-4 times a week to improve stamina, flexibility, strength, endurance, sexual technique and patience.   Read the article at Times of India for the research and rationale behind each workout choice.

    TO increase the sexual power taking pills is not a proper way because some times it shows the side effects. So that i think here you have posted very nice information about the topic. This is a beneficial thing for the people. Anyways keep it up and keep continue with your valuable thoughts.

  5. I think the same can be said for women. In addition I would add stretching (well maybe you get that in the yoga part) but I’ve tried yoga and it can be strenuous, so …lol, well anyway basic stretching and gals get with your man and share the workout time. Nothing better than a good blood pumping workout to get your libido revved up.

  10. I tried kegels and didn’t like it. I don’t swim, but I know that I should, so I will try swimming but drop the kegel exercises.

    1. Onion.
    2. Milk.
    3. Olive.
    4. Eggs.
    5. Mango.
    6. Grapes.
    7. Grams.
    8. Dry Fruits.
    9. Apples.

    Sports are surely good for men. Sexual functional problems are nightmare for them. There are lots of reasons for couples to divorce. The most seen reason is sex-related one. If a man has sexual functional problems, improve this bad situation immediately! Try kegels; my wife also got me and well i am now a regular customer and she is more than happy!

  19. Foods that contain the amino acid L-arganine can improve the blood circulation. Found in dairy products, nuts, meat, eggs ++. And of course do some excercises, like running or bicycle.
